Growth doesn’t happen by chance. It takes a clear direction, strong processes, and people working toward shared goals.

Alkon’s leadership team gathered for our Global Strategy Planning Meeting, focusing on how to rapidly and profitably scale our business while continuing to deliver value to our customers, employees, and business partners.

Guided by our mission to be a trusted partner manufacturing engineered fluid and pneumatic solutions, discussions centered on strengthening operational excellence, creating commercial value, improving business processes, and investing in our people.

Leadership also participated in a hands-on team-building activity, strengthening the relationships and collaboration that help our teams work across functions, solve challenges, and better serve our customers.

Bringing Our People Into the Conversation

That focus carried into our quarterly All Hands Meetings at our Brighton, Fremont, and Mexico facilities, where employees came together to hear company updates and discuss priorities heading into 2027.

A central message was clear; our people make the difference. Their expertise and dedication help ensure the products leaving our facilities meet customers’ expectations for quality, performance, and application requirements.

Continued investment in our teams, supported by stronger processes and continuous improvement, will be essential as we move forward.
