Integrated Controls
Alkon’s integrated controls have a “less is best” design with minimum parts for maximum reliability. These combine the durability of our standard valve products into a centralized assembly, which provides you with a fully integrated system that is easy to install. A wide variety of controls are available, including suspension dumps, axle controls, tailgate lock controls, overraise valves and many more, all in the same package. All valves use the same components that have been tested to meet the rigors of the DOT industry, all built here in the US. Alkon plug and play integrated controls can improve the performance of your equipment and save labor.
Control Boxes
Our control boxes are lightweight, accessible, multi-functional, and easy to install, using the minimum amount of components to increase reliability. These boxes combine lift-axle valves, overraise valves, tailgate valves, suspension valve and any other axle control valve in one location. By centralizing the location of all of these components, installation and maintenance are a breeze, saving you time and money.
Control Panels
Minimum parts for maximum output is the hallmark of Alkon controls, along with tough, dependable performance in all conditions. Our control panels centralize our valves and gauges into one easy to install assembly. These come with valve and gauge connections already done leaving the minimal amount of connection left, which will save you time and money.
Lightning® Lift-Axle Valve
Combine lift-axle raising and lowering, axle pressure regulating and super quick axle movement with our Lightning® Lift-Axle Valve (LLV). The LLV has been designed to raise/lower lift-axles as quickly as possible. This will help prevent flat spotting tires when quick reaction times are needed during tight maneuvering. This valve has been specifically designed for use on trailers and tractors, providing accurate pressure regulation from 5 to 150 psi. When speed and accuracy is important, trust Alkon’s LLV to get the job done.
Lift-Axle Control Valves
These valves have been designed to provide a compact package that offers reduced components, reducing leak paths and reliability.
