Rhonda brings nearly 30 years of experience in manufacturing customer service and inside sales. Born and raised in Sandusky, Ohio, she has remained local throughout her career.

Rhonda has been part of the Alkon team for 16 years, where she has built lasting relationships and become a trusted resource for her accounts. Rhonda enjoys working with customers and takes pride in being responsive, helping solve problems, and keeping things moving when it matters most.

Throughout her time with the company, Rhonda has seen the company grow considerably. She believes what sets Alkon apart is its ability to stay true to its commitment to customers, making transitions as seamless as possible while maintaining a high level of service.

In her free time, Rhonda enjoys spending time with her family and making the most of being outdoors, whether that’s relaxing by the water or traveling together. She and her husband also enjoy motorcycle rides as a family. A true reader at heart, Rhonda is rarely without a book and often has a few going at once between audiobooks, physical copies, and her e-reader.
