About Jess:

Jessica grew up in Fremont, Ohio and has been part of the Alkon team since 2012. She began her career on the production floor in the fittings department.

Over the years, she has worked in several roles across the company, gaining valuable hands-on experience and a deep understanding of Alkon’s products and operations. As a third-generation member of the Alkon team, she takes great pride in being part of the company’s continued growth and success.

Her favorite part of working with customers is building relationships. Jessica believes the Inside Sales team plays an important role in creating strong connections with customers and making sure they feel supported every step of the way.

When asked why Alkon exists as a company, Jessica points to the level of service the team provides. She believes customers continue to choose Alkon because they know they will be taken care of. Their needs will be prioritized, and the team is committed to delivering a positive experience every time.

Outside of work, Jessica is a proud mom of four who enjoys getting lost in a good book whenever she finds the time.
