Tim Wheeler(Independent Bluegrass Songwriter)

About Tim:

Tim grew up in the Detroit area. While attending college, he got his start designing material handling equipment for the automotive industry. Shortly thereafter, Tim relocated to Dallas where he designed hygienic processing equipment for a large snack food company. The experience he gained over the years gives him a strong background in pneumatic controls and automation products. In 2016, Tim joined Alkon Corporation, focusing on industrial products.

“I enjoy helping our customers identify and solve a variety of challenges they face in getting the job done right for their applications. I want to be part of their solutions,” says Tim. “Alkon’s success is driven by delivering innovative and great products at a fair price, earning our customers trust throughout the years.”

In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and helping his wife run their B&B. Tim has a passion for writing and composing songs. He’s had some cuts with independent artists in the Bluegrass market. Tim jokes, “There are tens of dollars to be made in bluegrass song writing…”
